| About: | Yoshi's San Francisco is the most impressive space to open in San Francisco in years and is the heart of The Fillmore District. Showcasing the acclaimed cuisine of Executive Chef Shotaro "Sho" Kamio, a menu that celebrates the diversity of Japanese cuisine and the quality of ingredients found in the Bay Area is offered. Chef Sho brings a host of these unique styles together incorporating Robata (sumi charcoal-grilled), Kama-Yaki (wood burning oven roasted), Agemono (deep-fry), Otsukuri (sashimi and carpaccio), O-sushi and Shabu Shabu (one pot cooking, tableside) into his menu design. Executive pastry chef Marisa Churchill offers an array of desserts that share in Chef Sho's philosophy.
