I don't know the owners, but everytime I have been there the service was very polite and never pushy or obnoxious as it is in a lot of retail. There is also a rewards offer that alows $10 credit on $100 spent (at least there still was the last time I went in). I would rather give them my money than Barnes & Noble anytime. The only thing I would change (and this is just my selfishness) is the hours during the week. It would be nice for those of us who work until 5:30 to be able to go in after work. The store is open from 10-8:30 on Mondays, but to me noon or even 1:00 to 8:00 the rest of the week would be ideal, since one would think customer traffic would be thin during the morning on weekdays anyway.
Overall a great store and if you are in the area stop in sometime.-

A great store with general books, art by local artists, high quality games, and premium greeting cards. This store also will special order anything not on the bookshelves! Just let them know what you need.
