Black Diamond Barbecue & Ctrng

A friend of mine went to Black Diamond Barbecue after a co-worker recommended it. After eating there I told them I was going to go on my facebook page and advertise for them. It was Excellent. First of all which is important to me is that the staff and service was perfect. The staff geeted you coming in the door & took care of your order immediately. The owner even came out to speak to us to make sure we were satisfied. We received our order quickly & it was correct & they checked back with us to make sure we were ok or to see if we needed anything else. We ordered ribs & barbecue chicken and both fell off the bone tender. Sauce was great. Macaroni and cheese was the best I have ever had. I wanted to see if they would share their recipe but didn't ask. And their mix greens were very very good. I definitely will be going back & promoting their business so they can continue to serve Indpls with great barbecue. Drink choice was their sweet tea. Very very good. A co-worker of mine recommended this place and I must say it was fabulous! We ordered the pull pork sandwich with BBQ Beans and Mac N Cheese. I chose the sweet sauce mixed with the hot sauce. The sandwich was all tender meat the sauce was AWESOME! The beans were really good and had a sweet flavor to them. The Mac N Cheese was perfect! Not dry and not runny! Best I’ve ever had. In fact this place blows away smoky bones and some other big chains. I wish I could give them 10 stars but there is only 5. One last thing, the staff at black diamond is very friendly. They were so kind and helpful I felt as if my grandmother was waiting on me! Keep up the good work and food! I will return soon!
