I am seeking a supervisory position in the construction cleaning field. I owned a small construction cleaning company and have nine years of experience. I'm willing to travel. I will provide references upon request. I have a reliable truck with a king cab for a crew. My reason for contacting you is simple. With the economy the way it is and the contractors inability to pay on time, I am unable to afford the expense of maintaining my own company. Also, I am financially unable to afford the insurance requirements.Yet ,I am a very dedicated and motivate woman who knows the ins and outs of this business. I have my own equipment (Buffer, shop vacs, ladders, etc.)I am extremely loyal and have done much of my work through other contractors. When on your job I do not promote or solicit myself or my company. I am always considerate and professional on the job site. Not only will I do the work and supervise a crew, I will also promote your company by passing out cards, brochures, etc. for new business as much as I can on my personal time. I don't know if you have a branch in the South Jersey area, or are even considering expanding your company there, but I would love to be a key member within your company should the need or desire arise.
