They answered the phone when I called and I received same day service on a Saturday. I was only charged for the service call and my heating and air system works perfectly. I will definitely call again if needed.

These guys are really great. I have to tell on myself, even tho they were too nice about it. I went up to change my air filter last night, and accidentally turned off the furnace instead of the attic light. The house was so warm, I didn't think about it last night. I called them and they came over to my house. When the guy went up the stairs, he noticed that the light was on and the furnace was off. He turned it on, and made sure it was working. They only charged me for the service call. They took my check which some of them want only cash or credit on house calls. I got out cheap. But they were very nice about it.

I'm really happy with this company. I called them this morning and they came right over. Met me at lunch and they were right on time. I had a little wire that my dog chewed off my ac outside. They fixed it in about 15 minutes and charged me less than $50. Wow, I got out cheap. I was expecting a couple hundred dollars or a new outside ac unit. Best regards to the techs at AllPro.
