I phoned Henry at Arrow electric and provided him a verbal list of my electrical needs. within 20 minutes he returned my call and had a reasonable quote prepared. I requested that he begin soon, and was thrilled when he was able to come out the next morning. Henry and another tech were prompt and polite and clean. they added spots to my kitchen ceiling and removed a floor outlet. they also removed and installed many fixtures. their work was great and communication with me was clear and answered my many questions without hesitation. i highly recommend Arrow Electric, Mary.in SouthlakeReport AbuseWrite a comment ... -

The rental property has aluminum wiring which I was very concerned about. Henry and his son did an extensive amount of work making it safe - a very thorough and professional job. Henry is a good communicator and does exactly what he says he will do. He is be my electician for all my rental properties - he is a professional class act. -

Set up an appointment , and Henry was extremely courteous and prompt. I live in an older home and Henry was able to assist me with my current issue, and also provide guidance with what to look for in the future. He also gave me some extremely competitive estimates. Overall, A+
