Well after Mr Recka was Rude as hell calling my soon to be ex wife Trailer trash etc we went to the preliminary hearing he was rude to me and my Ex and then when I made a comment after she was going for more money that i would be better off working at Mc-D's, after that comment it seamed like he was on her side and giving her ideas on what more she could get from me. The next week after I sent him an email asking who's side he was on and telling him what i wanted to do if she went after the stuff the way she wanted too he dropped me because I was irrational he said. All i wanted was for her to be 50/50 responsable for bills and if she wanted half my 401k I wanted half of hers. Does that sound irrational? He is not a professional at all. he is only in it for the Money not to help people!!!!

Stay away Far away he will only help if it profits him and is easy. If you are down on your luck and getting screwed in your divorce he is not the one to help.

During a complementary consultation meeting Recka was downright rude. He asked a question that pushed past the boundaries of what was relevant to the purpose of the meeting then raised his hand and said stop during my response. He continued to ask questions then interrupt during my reply. I felt like I was being probed by Recka as he was looking to quickly ascertain potential profit. The meeting abruptly ended and he walked out of the room. I would not recommend Recka for "professional" legal services.
