I have been going to Debbie since my very first haircut 26 years ago. My mom has been going to her even longer. We love her and the salon, when I moved to Missouri a few years ago I couldn't wait to come home for Christmas and have her cut my hair, and have it not be butchered like it was in MO. Now, back in PA Elite is the only place we go.
Sunday, December 13th my sister went to see one of Elite stylist to have her hair colored blonde - she is originally blonde. She was very excited as I was paying for this as her Christmas Gift. However, this has turned into a nightmare!!! Her black hair was turned orange, then the stylist redyed her hair dark brown - This of course is NOT blonde...She charged my sister $140.00 for this mess - when I saw it my first response "WHAT HAPPENED? that's not blonde"...my sister was in tears...She called the stylist Sunday evening and arranged to have it fixed tuesday...NOW I'm told that she was AGAIN charged for the fix and that her hair is coming out in chunks...$200.00 mess - We were scheduled to have christmas pictures made before I deployed to Korea then to Afganstan .. She refuses to have a family picture done WHO CAN BLAME HER!!! I I hope no more of her hair falls out..
i agree with scissorgirl. I have been a customer since this place opened. Never have they been open Sunday. Now, since I never get my hair dyed, I have nothing to say about the quality of that HOWEVER, I know all the women at the salon and they would NEVER have put someone through something so horrible. I hope your sister gets everything fixed, but please check again and make sure your talking about the same place. Thanks!
This comment that was posted is untrue of this salon.The hours of this salon are Tues-Sat,closed Sun and Mon.So how did your sister get this done on this day if the salon was closed????Myself as being the owner of this salon,hold truth to the fact that no such thing would happen to any of my customers nor would we ever charge such a ridiculous price !
