If you are looking for the best place to learn the bonsai culture or even buy a new for that window sill you cant figure out what to do with, You have found it! DBMB is my new and only favorite place for anything bonsai. Dave is a very approachable person, even if you are new to the bonsai world, as I was, and will make your bonsai experience as enjoyable and personable as possible! I cant say enough about this place, Dave (owner and operator) took me and taught me how to transplant my juniper and now it looks beautiful! Thanks Dave!!
We attended our first Bonsai class with Myrla & Dave on September 13. We went to the class hoping to learn about the art as well as how to keep Bonsai alive as we had no luck doing so in the past. That day we learned so much about the art of Bonsai. Since, the class we have visited several greenhouses looking for our first Bonsai projects that we will undertake on our own. With the guidance and helpful hints from Myrla & Dave, I am excited to report that our Bonsai trees are alive and well. We can't wait to go back for the intermediate class. For anyone interested in the art of Bonsai, this class is a must!
I completed my second bonsai class yesterday (9/13/2008) with DBMB Bonasi & Saikei. I have been trying for years without any success to grow bonsai trees, that is until I met Dave and Myrla in June of this year when I took my first bonsai class. They took the time to explain and answer any questions and most importantly gave me the confidence I needed to grow a bonsai. Thank you Dave and Myrla
