Renting a property should be easy. But it wasnât for me until I called Kyle Management. Some companies donât give a damn about what you want or what youâre looking for. They look at how much youâre willing to spend and thatâs it. Carl at Kyle Management didnât seem to mind that I was looking for a 2 bedroom w/ 2 baths. He even smiled as he took me out to properties! Something other companies didnât really care about!
Carl understood the fact that I was a student and that my parents had limited funds to help me with rent. He was empathetic and only showed me places within my price range. I donât know how he was able to find so many properties, but I saw so many 2 bedrooms that day that I was the one tired of driving around, Carl didnât seem to mind at all!
After not settling for anything that first day, Carl & Tracy patiently asked me to go home and sleep on it.
The following day, again with a smile on his face, he drove me around until I found a place I loved. I was then stunned when he picked up the phone and said this landlord was his friend and that he might be able to negotiate something for me. The landlord not only agreed to pay most of the fee, he shaved $25 off the rent!! (which for me is a small fortune).
Kyle Management and Carl made renting a home an easy experience. THANK YOU! -

Thank you for helping me find a tenant who pays their rent on time and take care of the property. I had such a hard time finding good tenants, until I found you guys. "Great Company!"
