At one time I was so angry with this dealership that I said I would never go back to them, but I found a used car on the net that I really wanted. I put my pride in my pocket and went to check on this car. I was amazed at the professional way I was treated and I thank Gus De Leon and the management of Frank Smith for the really good feeling I left with and the really sweet deal I got ont the car. Thanks again Donald G
I am an owner of 2 Toyota Tundras and my $40k Tundra needed a brake job, so I thought that this dealer would be the best brake job in town, but that is far from the truth. As I drove off of the lot, I came upon my 1st light and noticed my truck was not stopping on a dime like it usually did, but didn't pay much attention to it until I came to the 2nd light. The 2nd red light displayed where there was a line of cars and an island to the left, so as I attempted to stop my truck, the momentum kept me on it's crash course directly into the Lexus in front of me. I promptly veered to the left, and came to a complete stop on the island where a horrific screeching noise also came to a halt.
Whew! I avoided a collision that was caused my the CARELESSNESS of Francisco Smith's brainless repairmen. I took my truck to the nearest auto repair shop who were nice enough to show me that Toyota forgot to replace some major screws on my driver's side front brake pad. Keeping my calm, I called and spoke to the heartless repair manager who would not even give me a concession of any sort nor showed any type of empathy for the possible injury or death my truck may have caused. I also bought an electrical apparatus for my truck, but the wrong part was given to me by yet another brainless parts monster. Toyota refused to credit me a part that was blatantly their fault from the get go. I would like to quote the Parts Manager as I diplomatically asked for my refund, "Nobody ees Perfect and we isn't either, no refund for ju!" (I am of hispanic decent too btw)
Toyota is a credible make of automobile, but Frank Smith should clean house and replace them with highly trained and caring personnel. When you need a headache and more gray hair, go to FS Toyota.
In closing, I also wrote a customer feedback letter to headquarters and have not heard anything back after months of submitting it.

This impeccable punk is probably a spoiled brat of an employee at Toyota or has no life and goes through Company reviews looking for typos. Improve on your bleach colored hairdo rico suave.
