These people are terrible. We dropped off 12 articles of clothing and only got 11 back. The clerk took inventory of what we did receive 5 times, still no dress. They didn't offer any apologies, any discounts, or any refunds for the cost of the dress. We had to leave everything because we refused to pay if that dress wasn't there. They finally called us 2 hours later to tell us they found the dress in the factory and that we could get everything after 5 that day. When we went to get the articles, the dress in question was destroyed. It had small bead work on the front and half of them were torn off or missing all together. It wasn't like that before we trusted them with it. Still they didn't offer any discounts, refunds or apologies. I will never recommend these people and will tell everyone I know not to use them because they will loose and/or destroy your clothes.

I love this cleaners. I had my daughter's pageant outfit made there and I also had my ball gown adjusted there and they did a wonderful job both times. I would recommend to anyone who needs a good cleaner. There customer service is great too.
