I have a rental property that had all of the copper stolen. Insurance needed an invoice from a licensed plumber. I called in to your office on 4/23 at 8am. Your company offered to meet me there at 9 am. Unfortunately I had an appointment then and the drive down would take me 30 minutes. I asked for a time later in the day. 24-hour plumbing suggested 12 noon. Perfect. I leave my office at 11:30 and am pulling into the driveway of my rental when I receive a phone call from 24-Hour Plumbing. Their current job is taking a lot longer to finish than anticipated. They want to reschedule at 2:00. What? They waited until our appointment time to call and let me know. I am supposed to twiddle my thumbs for 2 hours. I called the office. They said they would look into it an call me right back. 23 minutes later at almost 12:30, Chris calls to say he can be there in an hour. Thanks a lot. Thanks for nothing. 24-Hour plumbing is a bunch of knuckleheads. I would not call them to change a washer in a garden hose. Exceptionally poor service. If a contractor can’t get the little things right, how can you expect them to get the big things right?
