Our menu features the authentic, traditional specialties of Old Italy as well as innovative pasta and fresh seafood dishes, choice meats cooked to perfection. Our lunch menu changes everyday. Owner Pierpolo Mauton has renovated the dining room and created a fabulous lounge area. The restaurant is also available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, corporate lunches, birthday celebrations, and your special event. Please contact us for more information. User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsUnbelievably WONDERFUL!!! We happened upon Rossellini's by chance while vacationing and the food is amazing. The Veal Parmegian had the most delicious sauce I have EVER had and the dessert . . . mmmmmm! The service was immpecable and our host was very gracious. This is a five-star restaurant with three-star prices. Elegant, but we did not feel uncomfortable in casual dress. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED--can't say enough!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHad the opportunity to try Rossellini's while vacationing in Daytona recently. Glad we tried it. The restaurant was immaculate, the service excellent and the food was outstanding. This was not just an attempt to be Italian cuisine. Being from NY, often times Italian restaurants in the south seem to fall short of the mark. Rossellinis did not. We will definitely return the next time we are in Daytona. Don't miss it....

We own a luxury Inn In Daytona Beach, and we are always looking for places to recommend to our guests. Rossellinis has just opened up a few weeks ago and offers excellent food at reasonable prices in a great atmosphere 3/17/08
