User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI do not know what happened in 2 months since the last review that said appliance wizard was a great company to do business with but their service must have changed for the worse.
I made an appointment through Lowe's extended warranty to have appliance wizard fix my refrigerator for yesterday evening. I was please that they offered evening service but when they didn't call I tried calling them and their phone number transferred the call to a cell phone that did not answer but went to a voice mail that gave a message that it was too full to accept any additional messages. So I called Lowe's back and they could not reach the company either and so they sent an e-mail for appliance wizard to call me and they re-scheduled the appointment for this afternoon between noon and 5:00. I have tried calling appliance wizard 3 times and get the same full mail box but did leave a pager message with my phone number. Still no call. And I have taken the afternoon off of work to be at home for this service person.
I just got off the phone with Lowe's extended contract and they too could not contact appliance wizard and so changed my service to a different company. Unfortunately the past 24 hours have been wasted and the next available appointment is Monday.
In my experience appliance wizard does not want business. If they did would not be clueless on what customer service is. I gave them ample time to do the service call within their schedule and ample time to call me in response to the e-mail from Lowe's extended service and 3 pages from me.
Stay away from this company!! If you try to use them you may end up just like me - waiting at home for them to arrive when they do not show up, calling a phone number that no one answers with a voice mail that is too full to accept any more voice mails (other people wondering where the repair person is?), and no response to multiple requests for a phone call from them.
In my opinion, that is terrible service that is not acceptable.-

I need service for my bosch Dishwasher and GE stove, so i called different appliance service company in the area. 75.00 to 50.00 for service call!! and can't tell me what they think is wrong. just a estimate price please!! but i called the last company on the list.************************************ ******************the best service company in town. Free service In town and charge Flat rate for labor and parts with an one year warranty. If you need appliance repair service, call appliance wizard the best!!!
