This is the second time I've used Wendy and her team and again was very pleased with the five star service they provided. The first review is set forth below the astericks. I recently purchased a new home in Newport Coast. The kitchen has white cabinets and black granite counters as did the island -- it was very generic and plain, but had a lot of potential. I wanted to transform it to something that looked custom and inviting by putting in a new island, while keeping the rest of the kitchen. I immediately consulted with Wendy because I knew only she could do the job right, and at a reasonable price within my tight budget. Wendy understood the aesthetics of what I wanted right away. She understood that I wanted the island to look more like a piece of furniture that was built especially for the kitchen. She drew up a design to have the island cabinets be dark espresso with the counter a white carrera marble. This is very current because all the design magazines show kitchens with two tone woods and mixed counters. The new island design not only worked perfectly with the existing white cabinets but brought out the beauty of the existing black granite counters in the rest of the kitchen. Wendy also made great design suggestions for the island legs, added details to the outside of the cabinets to provide a more custom/furniture look and helped me hand pick the most beautiful piece of carrera for the island counter top. Wendy even helped clean up the hood area and some knicks in the white cabinets that remained, all for no charge. She wanted me to be 100% happy, but she never nickeled and dimed me. My kitchen is now a show place and all for an amazing price. I have gotten compliments from everyone who has seen it and they can't believe what I paid. Needless to say, I am very happy with Wendy's work. My kitchen was the typical 1970s small, oak and white-tiled kitchen and Wendy and her team transformed it into a modern and functional space that ties the entire living and family room area together. I have received numerous compliments on how it turned out. Wendy has a good aesthetic eye, is detailed oriented and responded to every question and issue I raised. She made sure the time estimate was met and ensured that the workers understood my desired results to the detail. She was also a tremendous help in designing the layout and look of my new kitchen, which involved removing a wall and designing a custom island. I have recommended Wendy and West Coast to several of my friends who are looking for a kitchen remodel and you should not hesitate to use them.

We just finished our second kitchen remodel with West Coast. As with the first remodel on our rental, the kitchen turned out fabulous. In addition West Coast has done at least 4 other kitchen remodels for our friends and relatives. Obviously, the quality of workmanship, price and customer service has made a great difference in picking West Granite vs others. Wendy has that special personal touch and customer service that's invaluable for such projects. She has a special eye on what is needed and to details. Every project was done as if it was her own.
