   This place is fantastic! I am off all my prescription allergy medication! I am completely allergy free! Gabrielle is very professional and helpfull. She is always asking how I am and giving me tips and advice. The atmosphere is very relaxing. You are in and out in an hour feeling fantastic!

   My wife was right. I needed a colon cleaning. These gals earn every penny.
   At 65 years old and a fast food junky, I had so much gunk inside me I am coming in again for more cleaning. Glad there is a place to go. I had a colonoscopy at 50 years old and ever since then I got constipated. I'm just getting colon therapy and to heck with the rest. I was stubborn for 1 and a half years. I was stupid. There is nothing to be afraid of. The part that is inserted is many times smaller than my bowel movements, and a lot less violent. I like water anyway so it made sense to have a flushing. Go for it dudes. Quiet, dark and calm and than within a short period your out of there anyway.

   I thought when I had my first colonic, I would get everything out all at once. I had been miserable straining my a#@ off for years to go. I was so fed up with my Doctor, I tried colon hydrotherapy because it made sense. I did not have anything come out on the first visit. I thought I would fire her too, but after she explained how dehydrated I WAS AND THAT THE COLON WAS SO LONG AND WIDE, It was unrealistic to think I could just have it all spic and span in one visit. So I gave her another chance and she is a very educated lady that taught me more about my digestive track than all the other specialist put together. Thank you Intestinal Fitness for taking your time with a frustrated person like me! Can't wait to start my kidney cleanse! It toke many bad food choices and many days not drinking hardly any water to get in my shape and I am sorry for acting stupid and being so hard on the therapist. If you heard colonics are quackery and you made an appointment anyway don't take your mistrust out on this office, they really care and do an excellent job considering the circumstances. Go there in peace and expect the best.
