    My home inspector noticed a smell in the basement. He thought it smelled like mold. He suggested we call a company to test the air in the house and do a more complete mold inspection. We looked up companies on-line and found Advanced Mold Detection Services.
    They had the owner call me back on the phone and we set-up a home inspection for mold testing. They arrived on time and tested the air in the basement, upstairs and took an outdoor control sample. They also found black mold growing on the attic ceiling. They sent out the air samples to an outside lab and e-mailed me the test results when they arrived. The basement was found to have very high levels of 2 different toxic molds. The attic ceiling had 1 bad mold type growing on it. Thanks to this timely information, we were able to get the sellers to pay for all needed mold remediation. I would highly recommend anyone with a mold issue to use this company.
