Horrible. They came and cleaned my deck April 1st and didn't come back to seal and stain it until May 19. Called and complained and they said it had been raining the last two months. I was patient..called back and they said that other people had been waiting longer. I was told when I called it would be done in one week. UMMMMMMM turned into two months almost of wasted time. Called to talk to the boss and they stated he wasn't there and that they never get complaints and that is why they have been in business for 15 years with repeat customers. When calling you always have to deal with a customer service rep they are rude and tell you that other people have been waiting too. When called to talk to a manager they put the same lady on that I previously had problems with. Had to call back 3 times with stain choice. Work was not bad though if you want to wait 2 months and worry about your deck becoming ruined due to no seal. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never called to complain about something and when I did the woman wanted to argue with me.Go somewhere else.
