I hired Demas & Rosenthal some time ago, my case is going to trial. In the beginning it seemed I had no problem speaking to my attorney if I had concerns or questions. That is NO longer true. I have left numerous messages and emails and it is beyond impossible to EVER receive ANY contact with my representative. I understand they are busy, yet at the same time, my case is a BIG case and taking into account that their office (if my case is won in trial) they will benefit a beautiful "Payout" of 40%. With that said, I feel very disappointed in the fact that my attorney won't take a few moments to answer my phone call or respond to my emails. It has been almost 1 year since I have verbally spoken to my attorney, I feel that I at least deserve a "Moment" of their day to discuss ongoing issues relating to my case.
