User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI Worked with Bruce for the first time on a recent inspection in Haverstraw, NY. He was professional and honest about the condition of the building to his client. He even assisted me in some aspects of the inspection. Most Agents just sit there and look annoyed when you find a "problem" and try to explain it away but Bruce was genuinely interested in the process and what it might take to correct the situation for his client. He was right on time for the inspection and the radon follow up.
His cooperation and good spirits was noted by our mutual client to me and that gave her a higher level of comfort for a first time buyer. Im sure they will be closing soon.
Based on our meetings I would recommend Bruce to my friends and others.
