   I have lived in this valley for my entire life. And I have alway's enjoyed spending time at the woodland park. My children used to enjoy it too, but as the water is becoming more overgrown with Algae, and it is being overrun, by to many inbreed ducks(THAT DON'T FLY SOUTH). And the trees are growing over the bridges, and the stench from the water is enough to make you gag. I have watched this park go from, spending time outdoors to A new waterpark, and skatepark. And don't get me wrong I love them too, but I would still like to enjoy the rest of the park also. The drains at the end of the pond need to be cleaned from all the branches and years of trash build up!! I have thought about doing that part myself!! I don't know how people are suppose to picnic when the smell is so overpaowering? I wish that the director (Mike Baker) of the parks and rec. would spend a few minutes taking a look at these very fixable problems and coming up with a soulution, and the excuse about Money won't work, as the employee's already get paid to maintain the park!! Yes, I am very dissapionted in our WOODLAND PARK AREA!
