Fairly competent but unprofessional.
I had issues with my laptop. They sent somebody out the next day and mostly restored it. (Cost was $85/hr.) That was fine, but I still had unresolved issues, such as not being able to wake up the computer once it hibernated. Called back a couple of times and left messages. No response. Finally got through to someone who just answered (as everybody at this business does) with some not terribly polite version of "hello" -- no business professionalism at all. He said someone would call, but nobody did. I called back and got through to someone who told me to run another virus scan and call back. I ran the scan but it didn't fix the problem. I called back and he was busy but said he'd call back. He never did. I finally gave up and searched out ways to fix the problems myself.
These guys aren't bad -- they did mostly fix the original problem and got the laptop working again. But they're not professional. For the price, I expect more.
Highly experienced technicians. We needed help with our network and some minor computer repair service with our Windows xp systems and Windows Server 2003 network. They dispatched a technician and within three hours the one tech got to work on our problems.
Amazingly one tech handled a variety of problems we had with a computer infected with viruses, another had a failing hard drive which was replaced. Thankfully we didn't need to use their data recovery services, they caught the problem in time.
As for our Server, they resolved some rather difficult network disconnecting randomly issues and reconfigured our firewall to optimum security settings.
We are definetly going to use these guys again for our computer and network service needs.
