South Coast Synthetic Turf

I was interested in having synthetic turf installed on our lawn. I did a search and filled out some contact forms online. Albert contacted me and we set up a time. I told him specifically that I would not be home but someone would and he would need to talk to them. My mom was home and when he arrived, he immediately started complaining about getting lost. He then refused to talk to her and would only speak to me or my husband. When he finally got around to doing the estimate, he calculated 100 sq ft more than all the other places. Naturally, his poor attitude and shady ways made me think twice about using his company.
He called me at work today to follow up. I told him on no uncertain terms that I was NOT interested in using his company and would be taking my business elsewhere. He called again a minute later and started to YELL at me about wasting his time because it took him 1/2 hour to get to my house. How the hell is his getting lost MY fault? I thought the purpose of providing a free estimate was to try to gain business, not to scare people off?
I would definitely not do business with this shady, unprofessional, and rude human being.

Candice our design consultant was courteous to your mom and husband.Our trucks are equipped with gps so he didn't get lost and was on time.This person has over 70 reviews on yelp.com and 75% of them are negative.

South Coast Synthetic Turf is a terrific company. I've had a dog and real grass for 6 years and it's been a pain to maintain the grass. It's either died off during the winter and looked ugly, or overgrown in the summer due to the heat. South Boast gave me the lowest price around and threw in several extras (weed deterent, removal of small tree, etc.). The installation team was professional, polite, and took the time to explain the process. My dog loves the new turf! Even better, it's always green, newly mowed, and requires little upkeep. Thank you South Coast Synthetic Turf, I highly recommend your company and its product.

We are so happy with our new turf. Our backyard gets very little sunlight and we also have a pretty large dog, so the sod was pretty beat up. Albert and his team gave us a very complete product presentation and was very patient with all of our questions. They arrived on time, were very respectful of our property, installed the turf very quickly, and left our backyard cleaner than when they got there. The turf looks absolutely amazing and our dog was happy with it right away. We will definitely refer our friends.
