User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI used 911 restoration to clean our vents. They also clean out central furnace/ac unit for a very chip price.
The two guys that showed up were very quick, and thorough. The technician was a happy and educated guy who explained the entire process to me before they started, and stated the final price before any thing was started.
They attach a huge vacuum on one of the vent to pull out the dust backwards, and then they go around and use a special mechanical rotary brush to scrape off all of the dust from the inside of each duct. The brush is specially designed not to puncture your vent hose, if it is the plastic type, as some of my vents are.
after that they use a special "green" environmentally safe chemical which coats the inside of your ducts and prevents mold or bacterial growth( You may also chose not to have this don). Good job-

Excellent and responsive vendor. I manage a facility located in Jessup, MD from out of state that needed carpet cleaning done by extraction within the first week of January 2007. Air Duct Cleaning had done an excellent job with the cleaning and had dispatched a technician to the site during our desired time frame. Thank you!
