User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis restaurant is by far the nicest restaurant in Vail. It doesn't get any better than this. The open kitchen is beautiful and you see the chef prepare the food in front of you. If you're looking for an intimate dinner, their sister restaurant, Michealangelo, might serve as a better atmoshpere, but I always found the atmosphere friendly, romantic, classy, professional and the food was top notch. To the beautiful kitchen with polished aluminum appliances to the beautifully checkered tile to the bold red chairs with brass buttons to even the salt shakers, this restaurant is top notch. I used to work at all the top restaurants in Napa Valley and consider myself a major food snob, and this food was incredible. From the poultry to the red meat to even breakfast, everything was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and would forget about even thinking about making a reservation somewhere else in Vail. If you're going to Vail for a night or for a week, this is the only restaurant that you'll ever want and need!
