User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIt takes months to get your order âif they send the right itemâ, but they charge you right away.
Employees will âlie every week about your ordersâ telling you, that it`s already shipped and you should be getting it in one day or two.
Employees and GM are rude and unprofessional to a point where they hang up the phone on you and leave you talking. All you heard from them in a somewhat polite conversation is: âWhat can I doâ, âYou cannot cancel your orderâ, âI`m sorry for the inconvenienceâ, This one is the BEST âI have no control over mother nature, and any snow stormâ I did not now that we had a Snow storm that lasted 3 months?
They just do not care about their customers, their prices are a bit lower than others but, you cannot get the items and if you do get them, they are wrong, IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!
