User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI called a couple of auto glass repair places and found that Good Shepherd the least expensive and the most helpful over the phone. Tony was a complete gentleman and helped me get the quickest service possible. The part they ordered was wrong so my repair was pushed back but only because they wanted the best quality window for me. They also gave me a discount because of the delay in time. Steve was great and very understanding of my situation since I work downtown Baltimore and had to fix my car on the side of the road. They were quick and very efficient! My car looked better than before! They vaccuumed every inch of surface, leaving no piece of glass anywhere! I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Two weeks ago my 1995 BMW was broken into the the back glass was shattered. By sheer luck I was directed to Good Shepherd. I was absolutely delighted by the service I received from Tony on the phone and was doubly delighted when Steve and another tech came to fix the glass. I found them to be professional, friendly and courteous. Never once did I feel that I was just another customer. I was treated like I was their only concern during the time I was their only concern.

From the intial phone call to the excellent and polite service by Steve the technician we were very impressed. They handled our insurance claim with one simply phone call and had our door glass replaced the same day. Thank you all for making a very scary situation easy and convienient.
