    Wow, first review would have been my response until my most recent experience.
    Despite their advertising stating it as a specialty, DO NOT take any heirloom items to this cleaner. Just had 2 pieces ripped to shreds, and their response was "they were old." No accountability for having accepted the items (I asked up front if they were cleanable), or consideration for a returning customer. The Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin rates this cleaner as a D-, now I see why.

    The folks at Best Cleaner are so friendly. The always do a great job. It is a pleasure to go in there!
