The correct name for this business is Blue Orleans Creole Restaurant - NOT CREOLO! The one in Chattanooga (the original, on Amnicola Highway - not the "similarly named, with a similar menu" that came after) serves authentic Creole Cuisine and is patterned after a New Orleans neighborhood restaurant. Everything is made from scratch - including the sauces, dressings and the beignets!
They serve a good selection of beers (including Abita and Dixie from Louisiana) but bring your own wine if you prefer. The service is terrific, boiled crawfish in season, live jazz or blues on Friday nights! Great for parties and corporate events! Caterina available - carryout as well.
