This theatre has the worst customer service of ANY establishment I have ever been to. My fiance and I were passing through and decided stop here and catch a movie. The theatre was small and cramped. The screen was tiny. We then went to a restaurant when we realized his wallet had fallen out of his pocket. We immediately went back to the theatre where we experienced nothing but an apathetic staff. Nobody was willing to help us. We were told to ask person after person none of which would help. Several staff members were reading books, eating snacks from the popcorn stand, and talking with one another. After 45 minutes of being given the run around and no manager in sight we left to put a hold on the credit cards. We went back a couple of hours later and lo and behold the wallet was right where were we sitting, by the aisle and the door. The stress and anxiety we experienced was completely unnecessary. I would not recommend going to this theatre and try better ones that are nearby instead.
