I'm a shy person when it comes to dancing but was always interested. I signed up for dance lessons with Matt (one of the dance instructors) and he had me twirling and swinging on that dance floor in no time. I highly recommend attending the social nights as well where you're taught a varied basic dance moves so you can get up and dance with everyone else. Very friendly place as well.
