Workshops are informative and great motivation for those of us who get bored at the gym. You also get the advantage of a stretch session before you "hit the poles" so you gain flexibility and leaner muscles. Power Pole is one heck of a workout! 45 minutes can work up quite a sweat. The Old Town location is very convenient for us Westside residents. If you need an ego boost, this is the place to get it. Honestly, my arms and legs have never felt or looked so strong and healthy! This place is a girl's dream come true. I tried to learn this stuff by watching videos but NOTHING compares to taking the class. All the women have fun and it is a fun and exciting atmosphere. I've also lost 5 inches in the process.
