I had to bring back my wedding dress TWICE to them because the first time they said that they couldn't get all the wrinkles out because of what the fabric is. And they claimed I never gave them permission to dry clean my dress, when I did and claimed they didn't have my phone number when it was written on the dry cleaning ticket that had my name on. They argue with the customers and say you're wrong and then told me I could bring it back and when I did, they informed me I'd have to pay AGAIN for the dry cleaning! And then gave me attitude when I went back to get my dress like I inconvienced them! Don't waste your time or your patience or your money. GO to Augusta Dry Cleaners and Tailoring!!

Just wanted to add a little note: Upon further investigation of my dress, it still had wrinkles and the tulle underneath it was still matted and bunched up just like the day I bought the dress. Had to go out and spend another $20 on a at home do-it-yourself steamer to get the wrinkles out. So I'm out $52 thanks to these people.
