They told me I needed all of them done when the others were just recently replaced. We had someone do the other three and he didnt have time to finish - which is why I only needed one done. They tried to take advantage of the fact that I was female and figured that I didnt know any better. They even said the brakes were metal to metal and needed to be replaced immediately and a cost of over $360. They are crooks and should not be trusted. Any company that tries to assume that you just dont know any better is just no good. They got caught in their own lie and I would NEVER, EVER recommend them or return to have service done there.Report AbuseWrite a comment ... -

Anyway I called to come in to get my oil changed on my pre owned Mercedes truck. They asked me some questions, year, make of the vehicle and when was the last time the oil was changed? I told him 2 months ago or 2,100 miles ago and the guy told me it would cost 100.00. I was shocked for an oil change? I went back to the dealer to find out why it would cost 100.00 to change the oil and was informed because on a Mercedes you only change once a year or every 10,000 miles. So why when I called back and asked them how long before a Mercedes needs and oil change he told me once a year, and I said wel why did you just tell me I needed one and it would cost 100.00 after I told you when I last had one. His reply was, I am sorry sir I must have made a mistake. Yeah right a mistake that would have cost me 100.00!!! Never again07/02/11
