I had always thought a firm mattress was best for my back, after having the pleasure of working with Zach the store manager he educated me on the importance of pressure relief as well as proper allignment of the spine. He recommended a Kingsdown being that i am a side sleeper. Took me 2-3 weeks to get use to but i sleep better than i ever have!! Thank you for your knowledge and professionalism.
