About:AJ's specializes in fresh gulf seafood serving the best the gulf has to offer. Everything at Aj's from our crab cakes to our cheesecake is made in house from scratch, prepared to order. We serve fresh Florida black grouper, Gulf red fish, and many other gulf species. AJ's also serves only the best meats from our Tanglewood farms chicken and Kurobuta pork, to our certified Hereford beef. Our atmosphere is elegant yet modern.     We took our employees here for our Christmas Dinner this year. The food is really very good! It's worth the drive and the search for a parking place! My grilled scallops and shrimp were big and juicy with an excellent blend of spicy. The servings were pretty large so most of us were able to share.
    The only less than perfect thing that happened, was the waitress left off a filet wrapped scallop that was featured in the special that night. She quickly got another one, but it didn't have the same flavorfull sauce that was served on the plate.
    My first experience there was a great one! I would recommend it for a group and it would be a good pick for a special date.
