The staff is very prodessional and they do an excellent job getting the problem fixed. Prices are actually good too and their customer service is outstanding. He was short and rude every time I spoke to him, not to mention it took several days longer than estimated for the diagnostic, and several days longer than estimated to fix. When I called to check on the progress, he said he needed time to "find it" and he'd call me back, which he did not. When I picked up the computer, not only did he not help me out, but didn't even bother to open the door. Just plain rude.
