i play craps and only craps,, i was seriously upset by the total lack of experience the folks working the craps table had... they only did reasonably well when the table was slow and losing,, but whenever, and every time, we had hot shooters, the play would be critically disrupted by the dealers confusion.. he would hold up the game by several minutes trying to figure out ppls payouts,,, this would kill the roll every time... craps is a complicated game to work, and requires ppl with a fast mind and lots of training,,, i didn't appreciate them learning at my expense,,they were also rude and overwhelmingly no fun at all...except for one really cool older woman with a shaved head mullet,, i loved her to death... but 90% of the folks that rotated through my table straight up sucked....also after playing over $900 in one night they only gave me a cold cut sandwich worth of comp credit
I called Coushatta over the week-end to get my free nights stay and to my surprise I was informed that I could not get a room in the hotel as I did not have enough of playtime. We have been going there twice a year due to the fact that because my husband is in a wheelchair he could not ride the bus so we drive there, once around springtime and next for our anniversary and usually spend two nights and play the slots nearly all the time till about two or three o'clock in the morning while there but now they tell me that if I want to stay in the hotel it will cost me $129 a night..As a person who is on a fixed income and paying the high price of gasoline who can afford to pay that kind of room rate. They did tell me we could stay in the Inn but I find it difficult to go outside of the building with the wheelchair.
Now my play time at Coushatta is over and I will be patronizing the other casinos as they do not charge me anything for my room and I guess they appreciate my business. In fact I have been going to Coushatta ever since they opened and to this day the biggest amount I won there has been $400 and believe I have spent alot more than that on our visits there. Also not only myself spending the money, my husband and friend spend money as they go there with me. I understand they changed the rules about four months ago. If I just spent a small amount there I could understand why they would not let me have a room but if they would check my spending there over the last few years they would see what I am referring to.
I hope that the State of Texas wakes up one of these days and lets us have casinos and then I am sure Coushatta will be more than happy to let us have our rooms free.

As a person who is on a fixed income and paying the high price of gasoline who can afford to pay that kind of room rate.....**** I'm CONFUSED...she refers to herself as someone on "fixed income" (which to me is usually a lower income than normal..BUT..she can afford to GAMBLE!!!! ????? Complaining about the $129 a nite for a room but I'm almost certain they spend more than that a night gambling..(If I just spent a small amount there I could understand why they would not let me have a room but if they would check my spending there over the last few years they would see what I am referring to.)
this lady does contradict herself by sayin dat she cant afford the room but spends plenty of money gambling... my advice... pay for the room, and spend the rest on slots...lol
