User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWhere to begin... I'm new to FLorida and was trying to find my way to Haines City and got lost. I am so glad I did though because I found myself in Sebring Florida. I was tired, hungry, and feeling out of place because I had no idea where I was. I saw Mi Rancho Mexican Restaurant next to the Publix shopping center off of US_27 and stopped in and ordered a meal. Never have I had such a refreshing and fulfilling eating experience. The atmosphere was culturally authentic but not gaudy, the service was exceptional and prompt and the food was mouth-watering and outstanding. I think giving Mi Rancho Mexican Resteraunt 5 stars would be a slap in the face. I would give it 10..I think anyone traveling through Highlands county should make it a point to stop here, BELIEVE ME..YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Only the best Mexican Restaurant in Highlands County. Great food; excellent and attentive service and warm friendly people. Mexican pizza, burritis, fajitas are good in any city not just the small town of Sebring. Enchildos, queso sauce and nachos, all great. Even have a great hamburger. If it's your birthday they have a tradition of taking your picture in a mexican hat and serving a hot brownie with chocolate sauce b-day cake. Get a mexican the sopapilla dessert with honey and whipped cream. Clean eating area, clean restrooms and serving/pre4paration area result in 5 stars out of five in my book.

SOUNDS LIKE MICK GROSH OWNS THE PLACE / WE ENJOYED A AVERAGE MEAL AND A AVERAGE SIZE SERVING, $9.00 A PLATE. The dollar Margarita wasn't that good. we would give it a 3 star rating.
Unfortunately I have to disagree with "bill" and agree with MIKE GROSH, Mi Rancho Mexican Restaurant was great. Its an authentic mexican and latin american restaurant, and a great experience. For anyone that finds themselves in the quiet, peacefull town of Sebring, Florida, you would be doing yourself a great dis-service by not stopping off at Mi Rancho Mexican Restaurant before you leave. Check it out...Trust me...
