User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey are in the process of remodeling building. Virtually no dryers work in the building. They disabled the best dryer in there (#12). Most of the dryers (that spin) have little or no heat. The last time I used one I put in 6 quarters and came away with damp clothes.
They have also disabled the restroom. The sink is gone altotgether although the toilet worked the last time I was there. However the room is open enough that anyone who wanted to peek inside could.
The heat was either off or lowered substantially the last time I was there. I had to keep my winter coat on and buttoned up. How they intend to keep their customers I don't know. I estimate two or three weeks at this pace before the laundramat becomes totally unusable. They did patch the roof above the toilet (but obviously intend to remove it anyway). How they intend to stay in business I have not figured out, but neither have they. Prestoe cleaners has ruined the laundramat.

So your first comment should have been the end of your rant because the key sentence in this review was "They are in the process of remodeling (the) building". I started going there some 5 months ago and yes at the beginning it was not the best...but that was most likely the fault of previous ownership. In the last few months I have seen brand new washers and dryers go in instead of the heaps that used to be in there, and the remodeling is coming along in my opinion rather well. Patience is a virtue artifactsofmars so relax. I believe the new ownership is doing a great job in finally fixing that place up!
