I recently purchased a new Nissan Murano from Smithtown Nissan. This is my fourth vehicle purchase from this dealership. My last experience was horrific and I was tempted not to go back. Thankfully, I met Matt Brown and his professionalism was great! This was my best experience at this dealership yet! I got a great deal on my trade-in, a great finance rate, a good price on the new Murano and best of all there were NO surprises when meeting with the finance guy Joe. I highly recommend seeing Matt Brown to help facilitate your deal for a new car! I love my new Murano!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI recently purchased a new Nissan Altima from Smithtown Nissan and it was an absolute wonderful experience. From trading my own vehicle in (they gave me a great rate on my 05 Forrester) to buying the new one, the whole process was flawless and quick. Matt Brown, my sales person, was delightful to work with. He's definatly not your stereotypical salesman as he put no pressure on me and made the experience very comfortable. He was very courteous and extremely helpful with all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend Smithtown Nissan...and ask for Matt when you go!
