I had problems with this shop. My bike was in to install some accessories and have a stalling problem looked after. They were unable to find the cause of the stalling. I went to V-twin forums and found folks with simular problems and replaced the IAC sensor and corrected the problem myself.
The tech installing my passing lamps dropped a heavy object on my front fender and put a big "ding" in the fender. After I brought this to the attention of the shop owner she told me the following....

A. She didn't know anything about it.
then she said
B. The tech showed her and that it was already there.
then she said
C. when my bike was parked outside of her shop a customer walked in and told her that there was a bike outside with a ding in the fender.
then she said
D. I would have to contact the tech myself and have him pay for the repair.
then she said
E. I could hire her to do the repair.
After I complained she got pissy and said I should remove my fender and leave it with her so she could shop around and get it fixed. I am going to do myself a favor and get it fixed myself and not do bussiness with them any more.
