I highly recommend this appartment: NY-14149, in Grand Street. It´s located in a safe street, near everything...walking distance to China Town, Financial district, Brookling bridge, Soho....we could walked to all this places....besides: nice building, beautiful appartment, and the owener of the place, Julie, so friendly!!!She made us feel right at home, straght away.
I will come back....and I will not look anywhere else, this is all we needed.

New york Habitat is the best.
No problems at all with money, fake photos or bad appartments. Really helpfull, fast and nice, very nice employers and renters.
If you are looking to stay in appartment , trust NY Habitat.
I stayed in a appartment (227 E. 111 Str.) in octuber 2009 and everything was great.
dont hesitate .

My fiancee and I had the pleasure of booking Apt Id #NY-12046 through NY Habitat for 5 nights from October 18 2008.
The booking process with NY Habitat was very efficient and smooth, and our booking agent was very helpful and prompt in her responses to our queries. They located a fantastic apartment on Broadway overlooking Times Square.
The apartment was brilliant. It had absolutely everything we needed and its location was perfect. The owner was extremely professional and helpful and everything with our stay went very smoothly. The apartment was spotless, quiet and secure, while being in the centre off all the action!
We would not hesitate for a second to stay in this apartment again.
