User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWhen visiting this BR-ALL employees were outside blocking the entrance smoking-GROSS. When we were ready to order, I asked for a medium and then while he was making it clarified it was to be medium and rec'd a large, then they charged me for the large. I didn't want to retrack steps because of the 10 people waiting in line behind me. I felt sorry for them! Terrible store! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!! I called the manager the following day and never rec'd a call back from them either. POOR POOR POOR customer service!
