User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSunstone yoga in Southlake is fantastic. I love how clean the studio is, and how friendly the employees are. I love the yoga so much that I go almost everyday. My body looks completly different than it did when I first started going to sunstone. I have made so many new friends there too! The feeling of community there is amazing, everyone is always chatting and laughing before and after class. I love it!

I joined Sunstone Yoga in Southlake on the 9th day of my 10 for $10 (check out the 10 for 10 deal on their website) and I have been thrilled ever since. Hot yoga has literally changed my life. I had never even tried yoga before walking in to Sunstone Southlake, and am honestly proud that in my 3rd month, I am still enjoying it, and actually even more now than ever. Over the first 3 months I observed major physical improvements from my posture, tone and weight. The best part is you see and feel results both daily and weekly. The studio is kept in tip-top shape, very clean. Classes are available from 6am to 8pm daily, which makes it very convenient. The instructors are always knowlegable, friendly and helpful. Another plus is that students that attend always come in and leave with a smile.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIf you've ever wanted to try yoga, but have been intimidated...this is the place you want to start. The instructors make the environment relaxed and non-threatening. Not only are the instructors awesome, but the students that go make it enjoyable. This is really a great studio to give it a shot.
