This location can either be enjoyable, or so unpleasant, you may leave with a headache.

This Cici’s attracts uncaring parents who bring multitudes of noisy undisciplined kids. The eating area is wide & expansive which allows for good seating, and unruly children to run amuck screaming, & knocking things over.

Making your way to the low priced & somewhat clean buffet amongst the whirling, running, & circling kids, you will find a typical pizza buffet. Despite the commercial which claims line-jumping is alright, you may encounter some angry parents should you cut in front of them and their antsy children. The soda is always tasty & well-carbonated (a rarity in today's restaurants).

Not the best location for eaters wanting a quite meal where they can casually chat with their friends or family.
