This is the only site I use to buy products for my cats because I trust anything that it carries. I have had 100% satisfaction with each of my purchases and with Amy who loves animals and is a great person.

In ordering from http://www.thevelvetsnoot.com it was initially their LOWEST PRICE on a particular cat toy I am nuts about, i.e., a catnip-laced pineapple-shaped toy, that made me decide to do business with the company. After ordering 3 of the toys, I was very impressed with not only the PERSONAL SERVICE AND ATTENTION provided by Amy, it's CEO, but by the company's involvement with BOTH CATS' AND DOGS' products and humane, non-euthanizing animal shelters. That pretty much cinched my continued patronage of Amy's company. I highly recommend this company and its products based on excellent customer service, low prices, fast shipping, and its social conscience. I give it 5 stars only because that is the most you can give them! Hobie, the Night-Stalker, in Albuquerque, NM, and of course, Chad whom I have adopted as my Man Servant.

Love the Velvet Snoot! Was able to pick out a collar and customize the design and have it show up at my doorstep within days! Will for sure treat my dog to another Velvet Snoot product soon.
