I purchased felt for my table. i went in and told them i had slate that was 7'11" long and i needed felt for it. they then went through the felts they had and only really had 2 choices but made it sound like more. So i got the cheapest one since the next choice was more than double the price. I went home and checked the internet and the more expensive felt that they were selling online was only as much as the cheap one. So they matched the price, but had to still charge me the tax and couldn't give me the free chalk that was offered online. They told me it would be less than a week to get the felt. It took 2. i get the felt home and put it on the table and discover it is the wrong size, too small. I went back to the store to get the right size. they decided to "Be nice" and let me exchange the felt because they could no longer sell it as new because i opened the plastic bag that it was in and un folded it. now it is going to take at least another week to get the felt that i should have had 2 weeks ago.
in short HORRIBLE customer service and EVEN WORSE PRICES
