I ve been to many of the other places around town and never found someone who could explain why I was having so many problems with my old hearing aids, not until I came here. The staff was very professional and friendly. Not only did they take the time to help me understand my old hearing aids better, they walked me through the results of my hearing test and helped me to understand why I needed new ones. It has been a week since I got my new hearing aids and I am absolutely loving them. I have gone back in for a few adjustments, but every time I do the staff reassures me that my hearing problem will get better. I have to say, it s nice having a friend that can help me with my hearing aids, and that is exactly what the staff has become.
